AYAM PANSUH


  • Ayam Pansuh is popular among the people in Sarawak. It is a dish prepared by cooking the chicken in a bamboo with water and tapioca leaves. This is a traditional dish from Iban culture in Sarawak.

UMAI


  • This menu are made from fish, prawn, and so on. It is are Melanau tradisional cuisine in Sarawak. This dish is easy to prepare and very appetizing as it is mixed with lime. 

LAKSA SARAWAK


  • Laksa Sarawak is very different from the other laksa that have been in Malaysia. It has a base of sambal belacan, chicken strips, prawns, fresh coriander and optionally lime. This menu are the most popular in Sarawak.

ULAM-ULAMAN




  • Ulam-ulaman is a traditional malay cuisine. Its produced from leaves,long beans, "kacang ceper', and so on. You should to eat the ulam with shrimp paste to make it more delicious.


KEK LAPIS


  • At my restaurant also have serve kek lapis sarawak as a dish. Kek lapis Sarawak is a layered cake with a colourful design and pattern. These cakes are usually served for festive seasons especially during Hari Raya in Sarawak.

SAYUR MIDIN GORENG BELACAN


  • In my restaurant,I have made sayur midin goreng belacan. This dish is very popular in the village, especially the Malays in Sarawak.
