AYAM PANSUH
- Ayam Pansuh is popular among the people in Sarawak. It is a dish prepared by cooking the chicken in a bamboo with water and tapioca leaves. This is a traditional dish from Iban culture in Sarawak.
UMAI
- This menu are made from fish, prawn, and so on. It is are Melanau tradisional cuisine in Sarawak. This dish is easy to prepare and very appetizing as it is mixed with lime.

KEK LAPIS
- At my restaurant also have serve kek lapis sarawak as a dish. Kek lapis Sarawak is a layered cake with a colourful design and pattern. These cakes are usually served for festive seasons especially during Hari Raya in Sarawak.
